What drives the price
Hours of coverage. Most events go with 3 hours. Longer parties (weddings, large corporate events) typically book 4–5.
Prints. Unlimited 2x6 strip prints add real value but cost more than digital-only.
Backdrop and props. AI backgrounds remove the need for a physical backdrop entirely.
Travel. Some companies tack on per-mile fees. We don't, within our service area.
Hidden fees to watch for
Setup/teardown charges, idle-hour fees, premium backdrops, and 'digital delivery' upcharges are the usual surprises. Always ask for the all-in total before you sign.
